The 29th of December 2022 marked the commencement of the Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement between India and Australia. Representing the textiles and apparel industry, our inaugural shipment of uniforms to Melbourne symbolised the beginning of a strong trade partnership, bringing quality workwear from India to Australia with ease and efficiency. This landmark event, attended by key industry leaders, trade representatives, and government officials from both nations, underscored a mutual commitment to enhancing bilateral trade and strengthening economic ties. 

The Wilson Hill Half Marathon (Monsoon Edition) is a prestigious annual event held in Dharampur, Gujarat, India. The 2024 edition took place on August 18, featuring multiple race categories and drawing over 1,000 participants. This year's marathon carried a vital environmental message, promoting the importance of water conservation and harvesting. As a proud sponsor, Shirts International contributed 1,048 high-quality T-Shirts with inherent sweat management (Kooltex) for the runners, enhancing their experience and showcasing our commitment to meaningful community initiatives.

At the Hohenstein Sustainability Conference on 12 April 2024, our CEO, Mr. Rakesh Lakhanpal, participated as a panelist, sharing his personal as well as Shirts International's journey toward creating a greener future. He emphasised the critical role manufacturers play in driving sustainability by staying ahead of trends and encouraging clients to adopt eco-friendly fibres and fabrics, including Recycled Polyester, Biodegradable Polyester, Lyocell, Organic Cotton, and Recycled Cotton amongst others.
